The view from the cross is 5 stars, but the path is difficult. You can park at the base of the path, and it’s about a 15 minute hike up, but the path is steep and crowded with toxo and raspberry briars- you have to shimmy much of the way to avoid getting completely cut up. Would be good to wear pants. Also a few places you have to climb through the rocks- not an amateur path. View is amazing though, and hard to beat.

The path to the summit goes in places over hill and dale. In 2-3 places you have to use your hands. Because of the thorny plants there may be scratches on short pants. Ober expects a great view.

Climbing is a good plan to spend an afternoon or a morning, and the views from above reward the effort of the climb. You have to park the car below, at the foot of the road, and make the climb by walking along a fairly steep path with weeds (although when I climbed it had just been cleaned), so it is important to wear comfortable shoes and long pants. To reach the cross you have to climb a final steep section between the rocks. The climb is not recommended for very young children or for people with reduced mobility. If the day is clear and clear, the views from the top are spectacular.

Beautiful way to the cruceiro. I recommend long-sleeved shirt to avoid scratches.
