Both the monastery and its surroundings are very well cared for. With beautiful landscapes and the nearby waterfall with well-kept accesses, with walkways, wooden stairs, and well-laid out trails.nnUntil recently, in the high season, one of the buildings behind the monastery was open to the public as a cafeteria and restaurant.

It is like a recreational area, well cared for, to walk and relax with the noise of the water, it has tables to eat, it is not suitable for the disabled

A surprising and very close place. Both the river, the waterfall and the vegetation that surrounds it, are of a wild beauty.

It is in an acceptable state of conservation. But what really stands out in its environment. A walk through its surroundings, bordering the river, upstream, will take us to a waterfall in a spectacular landscape. There are plenty of hiking trails in the area.
