Friendly people. First floor is interesting for children. It's not too big, so don't expect to much, but for the price it is a nice thing to do.

With the covid you have to book a visit, it consists of a small video where you are taught the customs of the bear and the area. Then the guide continues with the visit.
Highly recommended.
We could not visit due to Covid's schedule and restrictions, however a little more attention and kindness would not be too much ....
Free visit is not possible. Each visit lasts an hour and if you are lucky you can enter and if not, the street. We stayed with the kids with a sniff ...
