Old church of Baiasca. Only an apse, the façade wall and remnants of wall bases remain. With these remains we can know that it was a single-nave building, with two semicircular apses, preceded by presbyteral sections. Due to its location, taking advantage of the narrow top of the mountain range, the church has a very anomalous orientation, with the apses to the southwest and the main façade to the northeast. The door, well preserved, has a semicircular arch made of small voussoirs. The device is of irregular cobblestone ashlar, more orderly on the north-east wall than on the apse, where we find decoration of pilasters. It is a building of great interest for the uniqueness of its typology, rare in high-medieval Catalonia. The church of Sant Andreu de Llimiana is the same type, although more monumental, and the canonical church of Santa Maria d'Espirà a l'Aglí, built in the 12th century.
