Awesomely perfect ud83dudc4dnI found this tiny gorgeous restaurant in Elche yesterday noon with my wife on the internet and we descovered that they serve real Italian gourmet food and also a new tipe of pizza dough the “pinsa romana”.nWe love Italian mozzarella so much so we called for a table but unfortunately yesterday was full.nTonight we did it ud83cudf55 we stayed there for the dinner and it was an amazing and unique experience, we enjoyed the real pinsa romana, a special dough that has like 90% of water and it’s light and delicious ud83dude0b nothin like the 1$ dollar pizza lolnWe had the amatriciana one and we loved it it’s like the real taste of the Italian tradition, we also try the gnocchetti shaker with carbonara sauce, an homemade pasta made from potatoes and OMG!!! it’s ok that we are in Spain now but I swear that I feel like in Rome again where me and my wife had the honeymoon, we have no words, it’s like the best place to have a very good night with very good food and the guys are very smart and kind.nWe surely recommend to everyone that would loves an exclusive experience tasting real italian products and a different kind of pizza that we let you forget the old one!nHere they say HENORABUENA CHICOS SOIS LO MEJORES!!!nFor sure you will see us in a couple days just before we go back home

The place is small and cozy, with a small terrace outside. Located next to the Plaza de Madrid, with clean bathrooms and simple decoration. We ordered a couple of starters and a couple of pinsas, although it is more than enough for two people. The tickets were pretty normal, but the pins are the best I've had in a long time. Made with a dough similar to bread and with a rectangular shape, pinsas have natural and fresh ingredients on their surface. We ordered one with aubergine and pesto and another with cherry tomatoes and serrano ham and they were both delicious. For dessert we ordered a tiramisu with pistachio that was also delicious. All at affordable prices and very good. I will certainly repeat.

First contact with this Pinseria. I wanted to have come a long time ago and today I finally did. I was pleasantly surprised. I have only tried a starter and a pizza and I loved it. I will surely return.

A small but very cozy place, the waiters are very attentive and professional and the pieces .... What to say about the pieces ... without words !!! Spectacular !!! Anyone who likes Italian food has to try these pieces without fail ...
