I am surprised by the positive evaluations that these people have at the beginning, or the owner has changed or a lot has degenerated the business since then: they sold me a toy that only served to decorate, ensuring that it worked perfectly, and of course they do not want to know anything about claims or returns. I have also seen that he responds to questions that make him insulting and with threats to denounce those who give him negative reviews (he already has 2 answers that have been erased for that reason). It would be funny if the con man was the one who denounced, to see if he also threatens me so that he can continue increasing his crimes.
This Mari Carmen Gonzalvez Rocamora is the most irresponsible person with whom I have stumbled in my life. If you decide to give me a solution to the problem as I have already asked several times, I am willing to withdraw this negative score if you can, and add another positive indicating that you have resolved, but while it is not, this is what it deserves
They sold me a defective toy telling me it was in perfect condition, when the truth was that it was no longer useful at all. After the deception I complained to the seller and not only did not want to be responsible but also received the worst treatment of my life to buy something. Check that it is the kind of people that can not be counted in case of an incident and frightens the buyers. I recommend not going there in life of course.
I have been seriously scammed by the seller, which, in fact, I have reported both Consumption and the Courts, because, in addition, to claim the deception was the most irresponsible, liar and rude in the deal. As is logical, I recommend anyone who runs away from this type of people.
