I visited this site a couple of weeks ago to pick up a purchase I made online and the girl who served me was very kind. Today I visit him again to pick up another purchase and the lady who attended me was extremely borderline, and unpleasant. He demanded my ID and since I did not have it, he refused to give me my purchase, I tried to mediate by commenting that I could verify in his database that I had previously collected a purchase and I told him that I could show him the proof of my new purchase, including the A message sent to me by the collection company along with a pin code and it was also refused. I was going with my dogs and when he saw me come in with them he made a displeased face that I will never forget, I tried to contact the shipping company but they only attended until 7 and it was already 8. I told the woman that my house was at least 25 minutes from there and I commented that the girl who attended me the previous time asked me for my ID number but did not require the same physically and that this time she had not repaired to take it, she refused outright and I had to go home to leave my dogs and then go back to the kiosk and present my ID. I never go back to that place.
