Excellent Service! Took our German Shepherd there on Sunday at 4pm. She was seen by a vet immediately (english speaking) and given treatment. We returned 2 hours later to be informed they were going to keep her in overnight to ensure they were at hand if more medication was required. We were kept well informed and she received the best of care.nThe staff were very friendly. Would definately recommend. AND at a fraction of the cost of the UK! Thanks again guys - good job, very happy with service.

Terrible service!!! I went on a Saturday at 1:30 p.m. because my baby kitten had an accident and I was calling on the phone and on the doorbell and no one answered. In 24 hours nothing, change the name.
They indicate that they are open 24 hours and when you go at night it turns out that there is no one and you have to call by phone, in addition to being deceptive advertising, if you leave your pet at night paying a negligible amount, there is no one at the clinic In case they need attention.nCombining the love of animals and doing business is respectable, just doing business (very expensive by the way) and also bad attention with bad outcome is repudiable.nI have two other dogs that will never visit this center.
The best veterinary clinic in Novelda. The staff is very efficient and pleasant, always with a smile and very affectionate with animals.nThey do not give up and if something happens to your pet, they will solve it for you no matter how much it costs.nMy boyfriend's dog was about to die because they didn't find what they had, but they didn't give up until they found what they had and thanks to them the dog is still with us.nThe only downside is that they have a little high prices, but it is worth paying for it.
