Unprofessional. They do not assume their mistakes and pretend to charge them to the client. And we are talking about simple photocopies that they do not want to fix, unless they are paid again, because more than a week has passed since their error when going to bind them. I can't imagine if it was something more serious or more expensive. Never to return
