The treatment I have had to update my claim has been incredible! Since these are dates where most of the staff are on vacation, and therefore, I had to request a second appointment with a distant date with the tutor, I was fortunate that the director of Lanbide Santutxu had the patience and willingness to process my case immediately sparing me that wait, even when it wasn't his job to do so. It is definitely an excellent agency with great attention.

There is a single guard for access control, appointment management, resolution of doubts, monitoring that the covid protocols are met, etc. Why not hire more staff to cover the extra functions derived from the pandemic?

The security staff at the thin and goggle door is disrespectful and condescending to people. We must understand that not everyone passes every day and we have doubts that if he cannot solve us (which is the case since he is a security staff) he can signal us where to go and not have ourselves at the door laughing at our doubts and enjoying it.nnThe girl from the lanbide staff who has assisted me in orientation has been very kind and with a pleasant treatment.nnWhat a pity that we have to put up with the security man at the door and leave a terrible balance to the experience.

They have removed the security boy who had been here for more years than the furniture and who helped people so much. As there is no information, this guy did a great job. He is now an edge
