Great bread. But I would like to make a suggestion to you. I recycle as much as possible and I wonder why they put a plastic part in the almost paper bag with which they deliver the bread. This forces me to have to disassemble the bag before recycling and surely many people do not. Better WITHOUT PLASTIC !. You already know that there is great bread inside! Please, when you have to order more bread bags, better just paper. We will all appreciate it. Thank you
