It is a workshop with family and personal treatment, with good professionals
I do not recommend this workshop, I still wait for the replacement of a moon since October. They do a first survey and then they don't give a call, I call and a piece is missing, I personally present myself for almost two months and by then the first survey has been forgotten on a table; they re-expert, a week goes by and they do not call, call and tell you that the survey is closed ... I still wait to be called to replace the moon in the car. 0 professionalism.
I have been driving three cars to this workshop regularly for several years now and have always been very satisfied. I drive older cars. Therefore, ordering spare parts sometimes takes time. This is completely normal. Very competent and friendly team. As everywhere, it does not hurt here if at least some keywords Catala / Castellano are used to indicate a possible source of problems. But it is not necessary.
