I bought them a large chainsaw for the profession that I have and in 2 weeks I get motor grip, they tell me that this does not come under warranty and that I have to pay it, and I PAY it my surprise two weeks later I take it again and they tell me that I am the culprit again, what do I do more mixing? I tell him that this is the fourth chainsaw I have and that I have never had this problem yet they do not want to fix it unprofessional and not very serious going to value for money they are expensive the same parts in other workshops I have found cheaper

Usually it is a 4 or 5 star service, but this time. I don't know why they took too long, they didn't explain anything to me and it wasn't cheap at all. I have to be 3 stars. I will continue kendo to this workshop and surely they would deserve 5 stars next time they deserve the 5 stars.
