I was on a visit with the Institute. They had been asked if they could show their factory to a group of students and that they would see how the logistics chain worked. They were impeccable. A very well prepared presentation. The visit very clear and interesting. They answered all the questions. They prepared a small agape at the end in deference to the students in addition to a small but perfect gift (La Muela oil). And they accompanied us to the door to say goodbye. You can not ask for more.

They do not meet their guarantees. They changed the mattress once, it became deformed again and they told me it was my weight of 70 kg. It was the second time I bought Relax, but now it will be the last.nI edit Relax's answer, I tried to contact the factory several times since both the Picoman store and the person who came to my house to see the mattress, after the first change did not want to give me a solution.
