In the midst of a pandemic and with the money that pharmacies are billing, I have gone to buy masks and they force you to buy a minimum of 10 units. The masks that they sell come in a package with 5 units, so I could understand that for hygiene reasons they do not open a package and you have to take 5, but that they make you take 2 packages seems totally mercantile, mean and miserable. Even the technician called the owner of the pharmacy and made him follow his instructions, so we already know the last names of this pharmacist. Pathetic, I will not return in life, even if it is the only pharmacy that is on call in the center of BilbaonI have put a complaint sheet and I will present it to kontsumobide in case this crawling technique can also be sanctioned.
