If you want to get a coffee you need to wait 10 minutes at the counter to be served. Understaffed and the staff are clearly demotivated. They never make eye contact while you wait to avoid having to take your order. I felt very frustrated! Today I just walked out. For me, this is the worst Bertiz in Bilbao. Its size makes it very popular but the lack of staff means that the service is always terrible. It just goes to show... people will keep on coming back even if the service is terrible!
