I was in the store just after half past two, looking for an important drug for my girlfriend. I was told you could order it for 6pm if you did it right away. I asked to consult my friend waiting outside. 3 minutes later I was back and suddenly it was said that the order was only for the next day because I had "been gone too long". I replied, amazed, that I could have been warned. They did that, and I should "not tell any nonsense". ("No hablas tonterías!"). Of course, sometimes there are misunderstandings and sometimes it just works. But in this case the saleswoman's behavior was just lazy, arrogant and extremely unfriendly.
