Parish church quite small, and in need of a restoration in the long run, of Romanesque origin but architecturally and stylistically adapted to the Gothic and Renaissance characteristics corresponding to the times lived by the historic town of Vega de Villafufre in what above all the family ancestry of the Famous author Lope de Vega refers. It emphasizes mainly to the outside by a little habitual tower-bell tower of defensive type.
