We are talking about Monte Alba (also called Cerro de San Bartoloméu) and Monte Cepudo.nChapel of Monte AlbanMonte Alba is the lowest of the two and is situated at a height of 502 m above sea level. It is best known for the famous chapel of the same name that crowns the summit. In it, Our Lady of the Alba and San Bartolomeu are venerated. It is a rectangular ashlar hermitage.nThe chapel can be climbed on foot from two sides. On the one hand, we will ascend some stone stairs that lead to the top or we will do it along the unpaved track that climbs on the left side, leaving aside the forest refuge.nThe castlenOnce it was part of a medieval fortress that occupied the top.
