In our building, we have cleaned and painted a light patio that was in a rather poor condition (dirt, chips, cracks, deteriorated paint, old, unused pipes, etc.). The work was carried out on schedule and has been perfectly, and the residents were very satisfied with the result. They have made us an affordable budget and much more competitive than other companies, without skimping on quality of materials. The staff who worked on the site very attentive and have been working on time and scrupulously. In addition, it has been possible to negotiate a form of payment that is acceptable to both parties. Highly recommended.
