I bought a bamboo umbrella a month and a half ago and it already has two broken rods. I call and they tell me it must be my fault that the wind gives him a lot. I tell him that it is not like that and that it must be defective and they tell me that they cannot do anything (in a very sullen and unpleasant way).nI do not recommend this site at all, to sell they are fine but then they wash their hands if things break after two days.
