Good, helpful service
Had to collect my parcel as they could find my address... however staff were very helpful and all sorted.... thanks
I have been to the shop and the service was good and the team very accommodating. The man who helped us spoke fluent English. I was receiving a package, which was to be delivered to my house for the week, but due to timing circumstances, I needed to be in Calpe town at the delivery time. The item was brought to the store promptly just before closing at 13:00, and so we received our item before the weekend.
I came to send a pair of sneakers to the UK for my son and I can only say good things about them. The customer service was unbelievable (they sent me updates to my phone when it arrived!) and I had absolutely no issues. 10/10
Bad service
given wrong informations (Adress + telephone number are not correct) and no chance to contact this company. Status informations are wrong, driver wrote "Adress not exist", but all other companies have found my adress, only MRW cant found. Stupid drivers!
So if you have some to send to anywhere….choose another company like GLS, Correos Express or SEUR.
