I had a major issue as my phone wasn't working after I switched from SIM to eSIM. Online customer service couldn't fix it. Went to Akim, he did some research and fixed the problem. Very courteous person, friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend him as anyone else at ORange is pretty much useless. Thanks again Akim.

Came in to buy a simcard for my Mifi router: Akim installed, unlocked and connected everything for me! Great service and with a smile! Thank you Akim!

Pedantic jobsworth staff. Although I spoke Spanish, they refused to sell me a sim card unless I paid by visa debit card. Why?! I had the cash!!!
