I had to make a return the following Christmas day, a critical day because it was clear that they were overwhelmed. The person who attended to me, Mikel, I think I remembered his name, was worried because everything was fine, and it wasn't easy because it was a shipment to the United States. Frankly grateful, very good professionals.

He told me that they had tried to deliver the package twice when I had been at home at all times both days. I phoned, they told me that they could not do anything until Monday (it was Friday); I apologized for the inconvenience, they had already had problems with the delivery ... They asked me to tell them an hour to bring it to me on Monday. I said in the morning and they told me that without fail I would receive it before 2 o'clock. I received it at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. A shame. I will not use this carrier again if I can help it.

They are very kind people, they help you in whatever you need.nThe ship they are in is TNT.nThey do not have a dataphone, since all card payments are made by phone, so it is better to organize the payment and pick up by phone.nThey have a good customer service, by phone, the bad thing is that on the web they give a 902, but they have a normal charge number.
