I have been extremely lucky to find this fireplace store after searching many other stores. Marisol, the owner, is a great professional who knows her work very well, and knows how to advise the type of equipment that you should install according to your needs and the characteristics of your home. I couldn't be more satisfied with the cassette that was installed for me. The work was neat, fast and inexpensive. Thank you very much for your good work. I recommend this store 100%.

After two months waiting for the pellet stove ordered and paid for, they tell me the installation date, when the day comes we are half a morning waiting for them to come to install, seeing that no one comes, we call and they tell us that they do not have the stove and do not know when will it arrive. If I don't call I would still be waiting for the installer. They give them to be professionals, but from the situation we have been through it is clear that they are not. We finally canceled the order and I had to find another supplier. It's a shame they don't worry about getting the job done right. I do not recommend working with this company CHIMEDECOR in Soto Del Real

I could not be more happy and grateful for the service of this company. I came from a terrible experience with other people and they recommended Chimedecor to me. I made sure by asking friends in the area, and they told me that they are the trusted company there and that everyone was delighted. From my experience, I can confirm and recommend it 100%. The Ferlux stove that they sold me is a great product for the price and the attention of Fernando and Marisol, unbeatable. They are 100% honest and help where they can. As an example, I got an error on the display that I was unaware of on a very cold day and partying, and Fernando picked up the phone and helped me solve it. Coming in addition to a previous terrible experience, for me the service of this company is priceless.
