Pretty bad experience.nn- After changing all the halogens in the living room and dining room (23 halogens) and paying them more than € 300 we realize that shortly after turning them on they turn off.nn- After much insistence they finally come and tell me that the switches are wrong. Ok ... they could have seen it before changing the 23 halogens. They agree to look at it and change them. This was in July. I'm still waiting for them to change. I have insisted about 6 times. I'm not clear anymore. Now I'm looking for someone serious to do it.nn- I asked for an estimate for a wireless doorbell. They wanted to charge me € 150. In Amazon you have them for € 20, in fact it is the one I have put.nnMoral: never pay until the job is done well.

We had many problems with the department plugs, because they were of very low quality. At Anra, they explained that there are different quality connectors and we decided to buy some of the best brands. Now we have high level electric inputs and much safer.
