I put 2 instead of 1 because the deal the first time I went to the store was nice to catch me. But it took 12 days to bring me the product, and only because I told them I was going to look elsewhere. we stayed at 10 because at 11.30 I had a meeting and at 11 I had to leave. They called me at 11.15am ... where the hell was I? They asked! In the end the boss called me, she insisted to stay another day, they brought the product and it has already been broken 2 times. I've had to get dizzy with the technical service because they say they don't take care of anything. really bad. I do not like to put nor have I ever put a star but .. very informal, sorry to say ..

Terrible .. treatment and service. The unpunctuality in delivering a microwave for several hours ... but what is this! do the longuis if there are problems. And above I have been able to verify that some of the reviews are fake! a friend put one, the others being quite a few years old and look where a five star appears half an hour after my friend's. come on yaaaaa. Super regrettable.

Very bad. Very informal. Products that fail and then do not help you at all (where will they get them ...?). Neither neighborhood store nor anything next time department store, sadly so.

I bought a stove and the service was very good, they did not have it in the store and in a few hours they called me and we could pick it up.
