Kindness is not his strong point. The first time I went I did not get a good deal, even so I have come back because anyone can have a bad day, but in their case it is not a matter of a day. On the 3 occasions I have been, the same treatment has been repeated.

Little desire to help. They always put up obstacles and the treatment is not good, kindness is not their strong suit.
