Regrettable attention from the receptionists of the office on June 22, 2020, in the morning shift. I had the need to call the office because I had an appointment with my doctor for back pain, and two hours later I called to make an appointment another day with her. I mean, I've made 2 calls in one morning. And the receptionist, with a hurtful tone, told me in the second call, verbatim: "Today you have already spoken to your doctor once, you should write things down so that you don't forget, I do it and I'm doing well" . This person needs to realize that their job is to take calls and be kind to patients. If I am on the job, I am an edge or I am ready with a client and I am dissatisfied. I am fired.
