I have brought several things to this site. Always friendly and with a very reasonable price. They have never taken more than 3 days to give me a solution. Recommended to 100%.

Sorry technical service. Almost two weeks ago a damaged laptop was taken from them and they don't give us an answer. They were told that some fluid might have gotten in, and at least three days later they hadn't even looked at it. Insisting daily that it was urgent to be able to telework in times of pandemic. We will certainly not return here. I don't understand how this site could have had good previous opinions.

Of me you do have a part to my name. Indeed, I brought you a laptop that had gotten wet from cleaning the multipurpose keyboard (badly done on my part) on a Sunday. I took it to you on Monday as soon as you opened it and you have had it for 10 days without even opening it to see what happened. Last Thursday afternoon I picked it up and took it to another place, and they tell me that the laptop is sulfated, that I have waited a long time to take it and see what they can do. Obviously things take time to look at, but if someone has a heart attack, they should be ahead of the one who has a cold. I didn't want it fixed the next day, but I did at least look at it to try and dry it as soon as possible. Then if you have to order parts and they take time to arrive, it takes time, and if it takes time to repair because there are other equipment before then it will be done when the turn comes, but what less than to have disassembled it, and despite my insistence you did not do it. If I run out of laptop I won't be able to do anything because I can't prove it was your fault, and maybe it certainly isn't, but the only thing I can do is leave my comment in case anyone is interested. And the pandemic has had nothing to do with this, what's more, at this time when so many businesses are closing and so many working people are losing their jobs, it is a shame that you are still open, and more so with this type of comments. What a pity that those who do not want to work have work ...
