The store looks big and they have quite a few products. A man who was there made me wait about 10 minutes (as if I were invisible)nIn the end, I was attended by a very friendly girl who could not finish the service because a lady with glasses interfered and spoke to her in very bad ways. In short, absolute lack of professionalism and those things are said in private. A store with very strange people.

With 30 years struggling and trying to give the best possible service, which is not always easy and sure there were mistakes in his career but I know firsthand their efforts to help with the specific problems of each person. To take 30 years with such good results something must be done well.

I bought a hearing aid, the deal to sell it was excellent, the surprise came when I left it there to repair under warranty. After going there infinitely and a thousand excuses I had no choice but to go somewhere else to have it repaired. Little responsible for his part.
