Great stopover on the edge of a fantastic small town. Public pool open in the summer. On site restaurant offers great value and great food. 10 mins from North South motorway.

We had good experiences during our longer stays on both the camping and in the bungalows. It's a welcoming, clean, safe and pet friendly camping with bar plus restaurant where you can practice your Spanish with the helpful couple and staff that run it, as well as locals who like to come here for a drink and tapa. Surrounded by a rugged landscape, it's a great place for pilgrims, hikers, bikers, anglers, etc. Wonderful, especially in spring and late season - and - if you like it hot - in summer too.

Good campsite during low season and midweek when the spanish residents are not there. We arrived on a sunday afternoon and all the spanish residents were sitting and eating together with loud music but at the end of the afternoon everybody was gone and we had a lovely quiet campsite. Good facilities and good restaurant.

Good quiet location in lovely town. The host is very hospitable. Upon arrival he told me of the Fiesta Romana in the town that day, and gave me a room with a view of the parade. He also provided good clear information for exiting the town and getting back on the camino the next day. Dinner was very enjoyable for he was gregarious, has a good sense of humor, and was generous with the wine (even though I don't drink) to the great appreciation of my peregrino friends who did. He also gave rides, gratis, to my other peregrino friends who wanted to go on to the next town but were too tired to walk further. I would definitely stay there again.
