MISERABLE !!! Shameful lousy treatment after the death of a loved one m by covid they have laughed at us without giving explanations less than in legal assistance in Madrid they know how this office works and they have solved everything for us even having passed the period of three months due to incompetence from this office we are going to file a claim at the headquarters and of course the rest of the insurance we are going to cancel are scammers and have no respect for the client. A company disaster. They are irresponsible that the only thing they know how to do is lie to people. They charge you from the entrance and then go and complain about something ...
