They are unfortunate, I took a carpet to clean it and remove the bad smell since my puppy was lying on it. They took a week to return it to me and when I got home when I unrolled it I found the carpet as I had delivered it, it still smelled like a dog, the stains on the carpet continued and they didn't even bother to vacuum because I even found krispies ( cereals), hairs, potatoes etc etc. And they are cheap ..... 30 euros thrown away, the 30 euros that have hurt me the most in life ..... I said !!!

It is not dry cleaning. They don't have machines there. But if you're not in a hurry, I guess they did their job. I will never know I went for a 24 hour cleaning TODAY at 10am. Who has treated me lied to me? Or who has answered the review lied to me? Lying is very ugly ...

I leave a new jacket that had a stain and a dress to clean, went to pick them up a week as I was told and return my jacket with the stain without removing and tell me that the stain could not be removed, but They charge me 24 euros for cleaning the two garments.
