os recomiendo que escribáis un email. en la página del ayuntamiento (ponéis servicios sociales Mostoles en el buscador) os salen 2 teléfonos y un correo... no he llamado pero el correo lo contestan con una rapidez sorprendente y os llaman ellos. un saludo a todos y que os vaya todo bien :)

I find it shameful that for 6 months they put in the reviews that they do not answer the phone and remain the same I have made 6 calls today and last week and nobody pays attention. It seems fatal to me, they are supposed to help and have taken this from the covid as an excuse. It is shameful!!!

It is shameful in outrageous, that you spend days and days calling to be able to speak with a social worker, for a role that I need and the telephone is constantly communicating, that we are in a health emergency situation, it does not give them the rights not to attend to citizens , and then they say they are there to help, now! Nefarious.

They do not pick up the phone, after calling the town hall and referring me, they answered me. They say they are closed and do not allow appointments. I have to deliver my work life before July 6 and there is no appointment at any center until mid-August ... Meanwhile, this center is closed. Great management that of the mayor, less exorbitant wages and more social attention
