The patient sits in a window because he can't take it anymore and when he sees him with the crutches he comes to open us ... 12 minutes later ... and in a very bad way saying that we don't need to call so much, that he has listened to us from the first time, that if you are attending to someone on the phone you cannot come to open us.nI say and how do I know that you are talking on the phone and that the doorbell does not work? You cannot hear from out here. He says the doorbell is heard perfectly, I say well you will hear it inside, because here it is not heard, and I, after almost 10 minutes later, I do not know if the doorbell is damaged, if there is no one or if you are attending, because If I don't see you, you would have to put a sign on the door saying if I don't open, wait until I'm attending or something like that.nFinally we go in, because there is no sign that prevents the entrance of the companion and they throw me out saying that the patient has to enter alone. As much as I look for the door, the corridors and the other places, I do not see on any sign that says that the patient has to enter alone.nIN summary, all a shame, a very bad care and all fatal I hope I do not have to return to this center ever again, since we have been referred here because I do not know what problem there was in another center.
