The place looks clean and tidy. But the attention is terrible. No one was interested in helping us find what we needed. Two shop assistants chatting, and a third in a toll box talking loudly on the phone about customer problems. I prefer to pay more and get good care

Regardless of the products, which are good, almost every time I go, a guy who has a nose piercing and can not be more pleasant and friendly! With people like that, it's nice to bump.

I bought some facial makeup products that caused a terrible allergy. For this reason I returned them, practically unused, explaining the reasons (obvious to the eye). I've been waiting for them to answer more than a month, they have not returned the money or given me a solution, claiming it was a promotion. (I do not think that promotional items should have worse quality or guarantee).
