I don't know from where they send online purchases, but the attention is dire. This is the second time that I have ordered the same item and have received it damaged. They facilitate a return that I have to pay for or replace the part of an item that cannot be replaced.nI will not buy any item from this place again.

I try to return a product the day after buying it and they deny me the return of the product and on top of that they talk badly to me when they are wrong

Terrible It seems very bad that they sell online, with transportation costs, products that they then have in the store to which you are going to pick up. Other pages tell you if they have it in stock, so they don't charge you for transportation, or you have to ask for it. I do not recommend anything you buy online will be more expensive. They have looked for a way to earn more money.
