We went on a Saturday to pay for a vaccine that we had reserved. They close at 1:45 p.m. and we call them at 1:30 p.m. to let them know that we were arriving after 1:45 p.m. We were at the door at 1:50 p.m., there was no one there and they didn't even let us know they were leaving. We understand that it is not your obligation to wait for us but these types of actions are what distinguish a pharmacy from another since the products are the same in all.
