In order to visit it, it is necessary to ask for the key from a neighbor named Pura.nWe stayed to visit two hermitages, the one in Santiago, which is the oldest in Yeste and has a Renaissance style. This Hermitage is known by the name of Santiaguico, located on the street to which it gives its name. The beginning of this dates from the year 1,494. Inside there is an altarpiece with the image of Santiago Apóstol, where he appears as a pilgrim and a carving of Santa Ana burned in the Civil War. Its coffered ceiling is perhaps the most striking, as it is a Mudejar coffered ceiling in polychrome wood. Here the procession of July 25 is celebrated once a year in honor of this patron.

Beautiful hermitage located in the neighborhood that gives it its name (surely the other way around, it is the saint who gives the neighborhood its name). Small but with interesting coffered ceiling, a small altarpiece on the altar, where a beautiful carving of Santiago Apóstol is placed. In the square that is outside, the hermitage guards a centenary elm tree.
