Nefarious, due to the pandemic that exists in Spain, the cancellation of the children's scheduled trip was requested and this is refusing to make the refund, I have another son who was going to another destination and without saying or doing anything they returned the signal and this is The company no matter how much they called and sent emails, they did not respond, I put a star because less does not leave and I could not comment. I will not hire this service again, it is clear to me.

We hire an end-of-year trip for the children. Since the state of alarm was decreed, it was decided to cancel the trip. We have sent emails and calls since then for cancellation.nWe have not been refunded the reservation money claiming that it was possible to travel just one day after the state of alarm was lifted.nI doubt that as children they would keep the necessary security measures and having to share rooms, showers, dining rooms, etc.nWith which it seems outrageous to me to play with the health of some children.nZero recommendation and professionalism.

Little serious. We had hired my daughter's end-of-course trip and with this covid of course we decided to suspend it due to force majeure. And now they don't want to give us our money back. They take on management expenses which they refuse to show invoices. They have never answered any messages, calls or emails.nA full-blown scam !!

According to the law that was approved after the confinement, all companies had to return the money for all reservations in full and without questions. Well, they have kept € 1000 from a reservation for a bachelor party that has not generated any cost, they give a voucher that is impossible to redeem ... And, apparently, we are not the only ones to whom it has happened. They are scoundrels ... Going there is gambling. I do not recommend it!!

It has been a bittersweet canyoning experience. The distance to the activity in km is much more than what they say at the beginning, initially they told us that it was about 72 km, then in a washap message it was 90 km, but the reality is that it is more than 100 km. A very very heavy journey. On the other hand, they did not make us a photo report due to poor management of the company and we have run out of photos. A bit long waiting times because they had to take two trips to get on and off the group. The best were the monitors. The truth is that they could improve in many aspects, I encourage you to do so.
