Expectacular

We were 9 people to have a drink there on the terrace and then go to eat at the restaurant because we knew the place and we liked it, until we realized that the menu was not the same and the staff had changed completely. Terrible experience that I detail below. We sit on the terrace to start and no one comes out, so we go to order inside and they tell us that they do not serve us, that we have to take our drinks with us. It seems weird to us but hey, we don't care. We ended up outside and went in to eat because they don't prepare the terrace for meals, only drinks, so we go inside. We spent more than half an hour waiting for them to take our order since we decided what to order. While they take the order it seems that everything is going well but they begin to bring dishes 30 minutes after ordering, with garnishes that were not chosen, roasted potato instead of fried potatoes for some and vice versa for others, cachopo without roasted potato, hamburger ordered without bacon that comes with the inside, they bring seconds before the starters, we order oxtail croquettes and they bring us ham, we finish the seconds and some broken eggs with ham arrive that were for starters, ... a disaster. We ordered 5 desserts, and within half an hour the first one comes out, without spoons to eat or anything, it was brownie with kinder bueno, dry and cold from the fridge (the first brownie that I see is cold, dry and hard). We wait a bit and they bring the second dessert. We waited 15 minutes and we called the waiter to see what happens with the desserts, if they don't bring them to us, we will leave and he says that they will leave the kitchen immediately. We wait 5 more minutes and the rest comes out. All brownies the same, no flavor. Crepe acceptable only on one side, as by the end it was overcooked, toasty and crispy. The quality was not the usual. The entrees have been changed since we last came, they were a bit tasteless and have reduced the quality and quantity. The staff, although one of the waiters tried to show interest, had no support from colleagues and it was obvious that there was no control of any kind. At the time of paying, they add the drinks from another table and they have to rectify the ticket. In short, a disappointment, it makes us never want to repeat in this or the other of the same chain in which we used to go in groups on weekends.

This place has been closed for more than a year. I do not understand that there are reviews after its closing or that the owner has updated the information (I do not know with what intention). One can only think that they refer to other places in the chain, or it is a bot.
