In general the staff is friendly, but someone overcomes the border and rudeness. I have gone to pick up an invoice that they told me they would have this week (this is the second time that I am going to get it) and she yells at me, in very bad ways and in front of the rest of the clients that the invoice was not done, and that it was not I was going to do it, which also didn't give invoices on Sundays, as if I had to know. The same thing you have told me could be said politely, without yelling and without disrespect. In any case, they could have it done because 11 days have already passed from the date of purchase. I'll have to come back a third time for her.
