Excellent treatment.
Comfortable and quality shoes, seeing what is on the market today, is a luxury. But they abuse this a little. I do not understand that they do not return the money, they give you a voucher and on top you only have 7 days for returns. With which, you have no shoes and the money you have spent. The voucher is on paper, so if you lose it ... bad luck. I don't know to what extent this is legal. A company policy that does not favor the customer.
