It is an institute with different training branches. One of them is the well known School of Hospitality.nThey serve meals for a sensational price. Obviously you have to understand that the service is provided by personnel in the training phase. In any case, everything is developed with great attention and care.nSmall failures occur, of course, although there are always attentive teachers to correct any inconvenience.nVery good food. Elaborated and very well presented. A totally recommended experience.nThank you for your great work.
It is worth going to eat at school for the way they serve you, the students explain the dishes. € 22 menu with welcome cocktail, 4 dishes, one of them to choose from and dessert. It is recommended to call ahead as they only give meals and during the school year. It is paid in cash.
It is the third time that I go to this place and it has never let me down. You have to know that it is a professional training center for hospitality, so the dose of patience must be much higher than in other restaurants. The food, as always, spectacularly cooked, planted, ... the service, since it is about students in training, improvable, but correct. What I do not understand is that the person who answers the reservation phone places special emphasis on the fact that we are at 2:15 p.m. in the establishment and do not open the doors until 2:35 p.m. Paul, in charge of reservations with whom I spoke to arrange it, was already leaving the institute and has not cared in the least that they had not opened the doors). Finally, despite the special attention of the instructors, we have first entered the dining room and have attended two tables, one of them quite numerous, before us.
Some of their top travel agency teachers leave a lot to be desired at all levels.
