I'm having a very bad experience with this company. In an empty apartment for years where there are installed counters of this company are coming to me for 3 months invoices of gas consumption. I get in touch with them to report the error and they come to check the counters and they tell me that their accountants never fail and that if I want them to come and check them I must pay another 148 euros. How is it possible that, due to a mistake in reading your meters, not only do they not pay the invoices that have been erroneously issued, but also to come and review it, they send me a budget of another 148 euros ?. I feel cheated and logically proceed to report it through the appropriate channels but I wanted to leave a record of this also in this channel to put on notice to possible affected.
Very good attention and kindness that is what I perceived. It is a leading company in readings by radio, they have an incredible technology. Other companies do not have this level
