The rest of shoe repair I do not know but this one in Salvador Salvador is horrible. They are sloppy and also kindness is not their forte. The other day I brought them a sandal, why did I miss a strap? They told me that they had been opened so that the strap would hold on. They charged me € 5. And the next time I put them on, it came out again, logically I didn't take it back, I went to another shoe store and they told me that the sandal had not opened. So on top of nasty and lying bunglers. Being autonomous in a neighborhood business, you can't be like that, the only thing you get is that people don't come back, or word of mouth does a lot of damage. If you want your shoe arrangements to last, don't go.
