Scammers! The worst seen in insurance by far ... You can see that they go hand in hand with ibercaja. They take advantage of older people, putting unnecessary coverage which raises the price of insurance (for example a value of € 4000 in works of art and as many in jewelry, when none of this is the case ..), threatening calls with complaints or that the receipt will continue to be passed to him when he has discharged with the time stipulated by law ... And a myriad of injustices that today seem like an aberration to me. I have given you my example and that of a relative of mine, all true 100%nI hope they don't keep scamming and especially older people.

I put 1 star because I can't put a lower score. Very bad customer service and roadside assistance. They do not give any solution or option. The only thing they offer is calls at 3 euros per minute. Very bad quality. 0 professionalism. I do not recommend home insurance.

An old woman run over and they look for whatever excuses they are for not paying or paying as little as possible and having to go to court. Maybe all insurances are the same, but after this, with Caser I do NOT insure a scooter.

My apartment was flooded by a blowout upstairs. And they were on vacation. Telephone assistance a horror. That did come very quickly. They sent the operators quickly, they did the right thing. And in time everything that the water did was seen. They quickly closed the file. I still have the front door swollen, thanks to the water. And surely there is more. Because water was coming out of the ceiling spotlights. Some rascals come on. The client is the upstairs neighbor.

At the beginning of October I use the Electrocaser service due to a fault in a washing machine. After giving the ok to fix the fault, they are calling me continuously to desist from said fix. It is seen that it is more convenient for them to buy a new one. After 20 days I receive an e-mail from another company, which turns out to be a processing company, saying that the arrangement had already been made and if I was satisfied, when in reality no one had come to fix anything at all. In the end they tell me that they are not going to make any arrangements. 20 days dizzy and without a washing machine. Insurance is this, companies to make money by lying and deceiving customers. Solution: I will change all the insurance to another, which will be similar or the same, but not the same ...
