Pure caste hardware store, also with knowledge of plumbing, electricity and construction, recommended 100%.
I bought a pot of paint (in addition to other things) thinking that I would need it after a little reform. I had leftovers and the day after buying it I went to request a return (obviously unopened and sealed).nTicket in hand and with the product sealed, they said they did not make returns on paintings.nnThen there are complaints that small businesses are disappearing, but with establishments like this, it is normal.nnOne less customer.
Unpleasant personal treatment .... They have nothing ..... I have been several times and they have never solved the problem.
The deal with the client is not his forte, it seems to bother him that he had entered (he had already had that feeling the other times that had happened, I still decide to give one last chance), I order a sheet that assures me it will arrive the following Monday , Thursday of that week was not yet (I had claimed several times and believe the answers left much to be desired). After two weeks and without needing such a sheet I pick it up, since of course to order it I had to pay it first, and what is my surprise that it is not the requested color, no further comments are needed, of course I will not return.
