The two times I have tried to buy here to support local commerce and others, I am disappointed of having to wait up to half an hour to be attended and buy even a pair of glasses, having 5 people at the counter to serve 2 clients, with whom in addition to ordering by phone have been waiting in front of me for at least 20 minutes. He considered that it is the reason why people end up buying in the big hardware stores. I do not consider that the service is bad, but to buy you almost have to book by phone as if it were for dinner.
